One person reads everything that arrives. Say which of these it is and you will get a faster, better answer.
From inside the app
Menu → Contact us. It sends us your message along with which version you are on, which usually saves a round of questions.
A prayer time looks wrong
This is the one worth reporting carefully, because it is nearly always fixable. Please tell us:
- Your town or city, and country.
- Which prayer, and the time the app showed against the time you expected.
- Whether it was the adhan time or the jamāʿah time — the app shows both, and they come from different places.
- Your calculation method and Asr method, from Settings, if you know them.
Jamāʿah times come from the masjid itself. If those are wrong, the masjid can correct them directly — see below.
Adding or correcting your masjid
If you help run a masjid and want its jamāʿah and khuṭbah times shown accurately, you can be given permission to manage them yourself in the app. Write to us from an address connected to the masjid and tell us its name and address, and we will set it up.
Times entered this way are what the app shows the whole congregation, including the Friday khuṭbah time it uses to reckon the hours of reward. It is worth getting right.
Privacy and your data
For a copy of your data, a correction, or any question about how it is handled, email us from the address on your account. To delete your account you do not need to write at all — it is in the app, and the deletion page has the steps.
Reporting something wrong in the content
If a translation, a narration, a reference or a duʿā' is inaccurate, please tell us exactly where — the surah and verse, or the collection and number. Corrections to religious content are treated as urgent.
Everything else
Bugs, ideas, press, or anything that does not fit above — same address. If you are reporting a bug, the app version from the bottom of Settings and what you were doing at the time is nearly always enough to find it.
