Account Deletion

We respect your right to manage your data. To delete your TAWFIQ account, please follow the instructions below.

Method 1: Within the App (Recommended)

1. Open the TAWFIQ App.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom to find the “Danger Zone”.
4. Tap “Delete My Account” and confirm. This will immediately revoke your access and erase your login credentials.

Method 2: Web Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can initiate a deletion request by emailing our support team:

• Email to: black0pal@yahoo.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Required Info: Please provide the email address associated with your TAWFIQ account.

Important Note

Upon deletion, your personal authentication data is erased. However, business transaction records (sales, attendance) created while you were active will be retained for business auditing and tax purposes as per our Privacy Policy.
